Adult Sunday School was added to Shekinah Christian Center in early 2009. We believe that with smaller groups we will continue to grow as a body, learn from each other as we had not before and become a closer knit family because of it. If you feel that God is calling you to lead a new class for Adult Sunday School. Please pray about it and seek Todd out to discuss the possibility of a new class in the future.

New 8 week Shekinah Adult Sunday Morning Education Classes will start on October 17, 2010. Your Education Team could use your input. We meet approximately once a month during class seasons, less during the summer.
Please contact Jon Dieter if you are interested in taking part. We are also looking for your prayerful suggestions on creative classes, top-notch topics and/or facinating facilitators. If you miss Jon, just place a note in the offering basket noting: Adult Education Committee.
Remember: Bible Study class (Teacher: Jody Dieter) is ongoing at the Rock every Sunday at 9:15 and always open to everyone.

This four week Bible study starts September 12th, and will concentrate on the ways God speaks His word to us. We will study scriptures that show how to nourish ones soul and talk about practical examples of how this happens on an everyday basis. Come learn how God wants to speak to you and feed you on His word.
Class begins the Sunday after Labor Day (Sept. 12th) at 9:00 a.m.
Raising Kids to Walk with God - A Parenting Class with Jon Dieter
This class has been canceled. But may be reinstated in the next session of classes.
This class will provide examples of biblical (and practical) blueprints for raising kids to grow up walking with God. The blueprints provided by this class are best suited to young adults (single or married) who haven’t yet started the “building process” of raising kids, or for those who have just started and have young children. This class is not as well suited for parents of school aged kids and those who are looking for answers for their troubled kids. All those interested in raising kids to walk with God are welcome.
Class participants will be given study notes to work on during the week while Sunday class time will be devoted to presenting biblical and practical principles through personal family stories and illustrations. Jon Dieter, a father of four grown children will lead the class with the support of his wife Barb.

Jody will continue his Bible study class in various books of the Bible. Anyone and everyone is welcome to attend. Located at the ROCK at 9:00am.
