Life Groups

To address the lack of connection within the body of Shekinah by creating small groups of people who build relationships through weekly meetings in homes. Life groups are simply groups of people who meet during various times during the week other than Sunday mornings to dive deeper into the sermon’s message as well as building relationships with others through the study of God’s word and prayer. Life Groups do not replace current home groups.

How to get Involved with Life Groups

There are several ways you can be a part of Life Groups. Sign up to be a...

Life Group Member - commit to attend a Life Group for a 12 week quarter
Life Group Host - commit to host 1 - 2 Life Group meetings in your home each month for a 12 week quater.
Life Group Leader - commit to organize your Life Group meeting day/ times and facilitate group discussions, and possibly host 1 - 2 Life Group meetings in your home each month for a 12 week quarter.

Life Groups start again Sept.12. If you are interested in leading or hosting a life group this fall sign up at the information booth ASAP. You may pick up a Life Group information brochure and/or to sign up to be a Member, Host, or Leader at the Information Booth.

What You Should Know:	When Choosing a Group:
Creates an opportunity to fellowship with people. Replaces Wednesday night service. Groups consist of 10-15 people. Follows a quarterly format Open for enrollment every 12 weeks. You may remain in groups or switch to a new group. Structured to follow up on Sunday message, provide ministry, and build friendships.	What time is best for your schedule? Is there a group conveniently meeting close to your home? Do you want to be a part of a group that has kids? Do you have animal allergies? Do you need wheelchair access?
