Q: How do I let the church know about my new baby?
A: Call the main office and talk to Danita Monday through Friday during office hours. (360-423-1300)
Q: Who will take care of my child while he or she is in the nursery?
A: Nursery workers most who have been with Shekinah for more than a decade
Q: What do I do with my baby when I arrive in the nursery?
A: Sign in at the door and hand over to nursery workers
Q: When is the nursery available?
A: 9:30 - noon Sundays and various times during special events. Please call the main office for more information.
Q: How can I volunteer to help?
A: Sign up with Danita Dieter in the main office Monday - Friday
Q: When does my child go to Sunday school instead of the Nursery?
A. The nursery takes infants and children up to their 3rd birthday. After they turn 3, they go upstairs to the preschool class.
Q: Where can I take my baby to feed him/her or if they cry during assembly?
A. A baby "cry room" is located behind windows in the back of the assembly area! Parents and fussy little one can see and hear the service while not disturbing other. The nursery is also available for infants - 3 years of age.
