Women's Morning Aerobics - (On Summer Break)
We will be working out Tuesday's and Friday's from 5:30-6:30 am. Various workout videos will be used, starting with Jillian Michaels workout video from the TV show Biggest Loser. Her workouts are great for women of all stages of fitness because they offer high and low impact exercise options at the same time. I know this is early, but it helps us fit in that much needed exercise before heading to work, before the kids wake up, and/or before husbands head off to work.
