Jr. High SOLID - 5th - 8th Grade

For the last several years, middle schoolers have been joining our high schoolers for youth church at the rock from 7:15-8:30 every Wednesday evenings. We usually start with some sort of mixer/game at 7:15, followed by about a half hour of worship and ministry time, then finish up with some teaching and small groups application/discussion time.

We are excited to announce that NOW when worship is over, we will be dismissing the Middle Schoolers to head over to the trailer with some of our leaders (usually Niki Salinas) for a time of teaching and fellowship that will be more geared toward their age group. Niki’s heart to work with these youth has grown over the last year and this has been a vital part of the catalyst to get SOLID off the ground.

“I want to see the youth growing deeper with God, not getting lost in the crowd or drowned out by the pressure of fitting in with the high schoolers. I feel God has a call on our middle schooler’s lives and a des-tiny for them to walk in, and I want to be there for God to use me to help nurture them in their walk as they discover who they are in Christ.” explained Niki, as she recently took an opportunity to cast some of her vision for involvement with SOLID.

If you have a student in this age group then you may want to consider making an effort to get them to the rock on Wednesday nights in order to get them plugged in to a community of believers their own age.

10:30 A.M. - Sr. High Rockers Church Assembly
11:20(ish) A.M. - Jr. High SOLID (5th–8th grade) meet at the ROCK.(During Adult teaching time.)

MONDAYS:
5:30-7 P.M. - Jr/Sr High Youth Bible Study
Every Monday - In the trailer Pizza dinner provided!
